The English Language Centre is a small friendly department of Regent’s University London. We are experts in teaching English as a foreign language and over the years thousands of students have improved their English with us. The centre was first established in 1994 and gained accreditation by the British Council in 1997. It has been based at Regent’s Park campus since its foundation. The English Language Centre is a member of English UK.
Our English language courses are aimed at anybody who would like to improve their English language skills: university students and graduates, high school/secondary school students, young and mature professionals. The minimum age is 16, there is no maximum age. We attract students from all over the world, which makes their experience truly international.
Our teachers are proficient users of English with university degrees and qualifications to teach English as a foreign language (e.g., Cambridge CELTA or Trinity TESOL etc.). Some of our teachers have diplomas (Cambridge DELTA) and/or Master’s in Applied Linguistics.
